The Porter 3 is a Hong Kong based Jazz Trio that plays popular jazz music in the old-fashioned way. 

Every set they play is guaranteed to raise a smile - familiar songs played with passion and enthusiasm as well as the skill and experience you'd expect from these three great musicians.

David Wright has been singing songs on stages for 20 years and shows no signs of stopping. His voice tells the stories in the songs in a fresh, familiar way while his relentless rhythm guitar keeps feet tapping and the band motoring along.

Pierre Veniot is a hero of melody and blows his whole heart into a range of wind instruments including clarinet, flute and various saxophones. As soon as he pipes up, you know it's serious business.

Jimmy Pittman carts his enormous instrument around town for good reason! When he operates that thing the band is one solid swing machine. He is the foundation on which the whole operation confidently relies, supplying exactly 6 tons of groove.
